The contact form asks for your name, email, optional company and phone, inquiry category, optional property link, and message. When you submit the form, it is sent over an encrypted connection and delivered by email to Navazor Capital.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to review your inquiry, evaluate opportunities you share, respond to you, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information through the form.
Service providers
This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which also delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365. These providers process information on our behalf. We share information with others only when required by law or to protect our rights and the security of our systems.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process connection information and server logs for security and operation. This website does not use cookies and does not load an analytics or advertising service. If that changes, we will update this notice before collection starts.
Retention
The website does not keep a copy of your message; its service logs record only whether a submission was accepted. We keep inquiries in our business email for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally delete them within two years of our last communication, unless they become part of an ongoing business relationship or we must keep them longer for legal reasons.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to submit personal information. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, use the contact form and select General inquiry. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Children
